A. Application of the Conditions
The contractual relationships between each user of the website caniland.store and its derivatives are governed by these General Terms and Conditions. The owner of this website is the company HONALAND online, based at Henrichstrasse 73, Fulda (Hesse). HONALAND’s General Terms and Conditions govern all relationships arising from the agreement between Honaland and its customers. Any deviations will only be examined if they have been previously confirmed in writing or expressly mentioned in these terms and conditions of sale. Oral obligations of the provider, its representatives or another authorized person are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by HONALAND.
The Honaland.de platform reserves the right to change some of its general terms and conditions and terms of use at any time. Users are strongly advised to read these Terms carefully before each visit to the Website. The changes made will apply from the moment they are published on the Internet, but they will not apply to contracts concluded before this date. All orders placed on the website are subject to the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order. If you make a purchase, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Use after reading them carefully.
A customer is any natural or legal person, company, company, association or private individual who uses the website caniland.store and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. The consumer declares that he has full legal capacity to bind himself under these General Terms and Conditions. The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information (name, address, etc.) when placing his order. If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses will nevertheless remain valid.

Ordering on caniland.store is easy via the online shopping cart. The items added to the cart are those that are in stock and available for sale. To make payment, only confirmed items may be present in the shopping cart.
When ordering for the first time on the website, the customer is not obliged to set up a customer account. However, he must provide the information necessary for the delivery of the order, in particular his surname, first name, postal address and telephone number.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided, as this information, in particular the delivery address, is crucial for timely delivery. At any time the customer can access his account to change or supplement his information.
The customer must provide a valid email address to receive order confirmation and delivery tracking.
The customer account information is intended for internal use. Honaland undertakes not to pass them on to third parties. The customer can decide whether or not to receive emails containing information about products or promotions organized by Honaland.
With each order, the customer can log in with their email address and password to access their customer account information without having to register again.
Orders are confirmed once payment is accepted by the bank. The customer receives an order confirmation email in which his order is summarized again.
By accessing the “Order Tracking” section in their customer account, the buyer can track the status of their order from confirmation to delivery.
Orders placed on Honaland are binding and final and their content cannot be changed.
C. Description of products
On its website, Honaland presents the products for sale with product sheets that provide detailed descriptions. This allows potential customers to understand the key features of the products they want to purchase before placing an order.
Honaland also does its utmost to ensure that the colors and patterns of the products displayed on the website correspond to the original products. However, due to the technical limitations of color representation on customers’ computing devices, Honaland cannot guarantee the accuracy of the photographs displayed on the website.
Honaland reserves the right to change or stop distributing the products offered on the website, without affecting orders accepted before these changes come into force.
Once the payment confirmation is received, the offered products will be printed individually according to the customers’ orders. In the case of canvas prints, the customer receives a true-to-original copy of the specified motif.
The HONALAND company invites customers to view the various order configuration options. All prices displayed include VAT.
Orders placed by customers will only be accepted subject to the conditions and prices in force at that time. The price that is valid at the time the customer places the order will be charged. All prices displayed include VAT (currently 20%) and shipping costs.
All prices and other product information will become invalid if the Honaland website is changed.
The offer is only available for a certain time and number. If the time limit or expiration date of the offer is exceeded, delivery is no longer guaranteed.
D. Payment methods
The prices shown are in euros and include all taxes (T.T.C.).
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price to be paid by the Buyer, including the price of the Products, handling and packaging costs and delivery costs.
Honaland reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders accepted before these changes come into effect, provided the products ordered are available.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
In case of late payment, the customer is liable for his negligence. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged on the purchase price at 5% above the base interest rate. In the event of long-term damage, claims are not excluded.
The customer guarantees Honaland that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen when confirming the order.
Honaland reserves the right to stop processing the order and delivery if the officially accredited bodies refuse to authorize payment by credit card or if payment is not made.
Honaland also reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or fulfill an order placed by a customer who has not paid in full for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.
E. Delivery conditions
Honaland delivers the products while stocks last. If delivery of a product is not possible, Honaland undertakes to inform its customers immediately and to immediately refund the value of the product paid for.
Honaland’s permanent stock allows the order to be shipped 72 hours after payment confirmation. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form, in accordance with the delivery costs agreed upon placing the order. Shipping takes between five and twelve days.
Please note. Please check your shipping address (you can correct it until the payment step) as we cannot be held responsible in case of any error on your part. If the package is returned to us, you will need to pay the shipping costs again and provide us with the correct delivery address by email.
The costs for shipping to other cities depend on the respective parcel agency.
The consumer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to reject the package if it is damaged. Please inform us of your rejection by email within 72 hours. If hidden defects are discovered, please inform Honaland by email.
If the delivered goods do not comply with the contractual provisions in force in our civil society, the customer undertakes to grant us a period of two (2) weeks to fulfill the order. In all other cases, the customer has no right to withdraw from the agreement.
The goods cannot be returned in person.
F. Delivery and shipping times
At Honaland, delivery of the ordered products takes place within a maximum of 3 weeks after the order confirmation.
If this deadline is exceeded, the customer has the right to cancel the order and request a full refund from HonaLand.de within 30 days.
However, if a delay is due to a manufacturing problem with HonaLand’s suppliers, no compensation or penalty will be awarded. In the event of late delivery, there is no right to compensation or penalty.
If the customer notices a delivery delay of more than 7 days compared to the delivery date agreed upon when placing the order, he must inform HonaLand so that the carrier can be contacted and an investigation can be carried out.
The duration of the investigation may vary depending on the carrier and no refunds, credits or returns of goods will be made during this time.
In the event of force majeure (strike, epidemic, war, fire, etc.), HonaLand cannot be held liable for any delay or interruption in delivery.
In any case, timely delivery can only take place if the customer has fulfilled his obligations towards HonaLand.
G. Right of withdrawal
The customer can notify us within 12 hours without giving reasons or paying a penalty that he wants to withdraw from his purchase from Honaland. To do this, he can log in to his customer account and submit his request in the “My Returns” section. The goods must then be returned to the address provided by the seller.
The goods are returned at the customer’s expense and risk. We do not accept packages that are returned to our shop for cash on delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep proof of his return by sending it by registered mail, by tracked delivery or by any other means that gives this shipment a secure date.
The returned goods must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Incomplete or damaged products will not be refunded.
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Honaland undertakes to reimburse the customer the entire amounts paid, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within seven (7) working days from the date on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw .
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed to the use of a different payment method.

I. Limits of liability
Given the current state of technology, we cannot guarantee constant, error-free communication via the Internet.
We are not liable for continuous access to our online system or for technical and electronic errors that occur when purchasing and over which we have no control, in particular regarding the receipt or late processing of orders.
The Honaland company provides links to other websites on its website. The following rule applies to all of these links: Honaland expressly declares that it has no influence on the design or content of these pages.
For this reason, the company hereby declares that these websites to which links are provided on https://caniland.store are not its property. This declaration applies to all links mentioned and to all content of the pages to which they lead.
J. Warranty
Honaland, as a professional seller, guarantees that the products correspond to the expected use and have no defects or hidden defects that make them dangerous or unsuitable for their normal use.
If a product does not correspond to the information given when the product was presented on the website or if this product has hidden defects, it will be refunded to the consumer.
Honaland undertakes to reimburse the consumer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, provided the above conditions are met.
Honaland is not liable for insignificant deviations of the delivered goods from the goods offered. For pictures, posters, art and photo prints printed on canvas, minor color deviations from the sample motifs as well as deviations resulting from a different format, different paper quality, different material and different surface are technically and production-wise unavoidable. Deviations of this kind do not justify a complaint.
K. Data protection
We undertake to treat the customer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable German data protection law.
The customer’s personal data collected, such as gender, name, address, date of birth, email, telephone number, fax number, account number and credit card number, will only be used to fulfill the purchase contract, e.g. B. to deliver the products to the specified address.
The use of the customer’s personal data for advertising, marketing or profiling purposes requires the customer’s express consent.
