If you are not satisfied with the size or design of your artwork, we will refund you when you return the artwork to us.
Conditions for canceling a purchase made with us.
With our money back guarantee, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your artwork and we will be happy to refund you the purchase price via the payment method used when ordering.
However, please note the following:
Personalized orders cannot be refunded ;
The painting must be returned in its original packaging;
If the product has been used excessively, we may make a deduction from the refund;
Pampered or unusable paintings cannot be refunded.
Please also note that if you return the item, you will have to bear the entire transport costs yourself.

Send us an email to contact@honaland.com or via Whatsapp, providing the following information:
Order number ;
Reason for return ;
Photos of the item and packaging.
Preference for return or exchange (In case of exchange, please let us know the item and size you want).
Once we are informed of your request, our team will offer you personalized support.
